Submitters must report in good faith and separate firsthand facts from assumptions. False reports, harassment, doxxing, threats, extortion, and revenge posting are prohibited.

No Public Doxxing
GringoGuard may redact, withhold, or remove any content that identifies private people without sufficient review. Public alerts are intended to warn about patterns, not to run vigilante investigations. Removal, correction, privacy, and appeal requests can be submitted at Review Requests.
Official Reporting
GringoGuard can prepare evidence packets, but the reporter chooses whether to submit them unless a mandatory legal-reporting obligation applies. The service is not a law firm, police agency, immigration authority, or emergency response provider.
Third-Party Sources
The live feed can summarize public advisories, open-web articles, and reviewed social signals. Third-party content belongs to its original publisher. GringoGuard may remove, redact, translate, or queue items when source quality, privacy, or safety context is not strong enough for public display.
No Emergency or Legal Advice
The product is a safety information layer, not a substitute for local emergency services, official police reports, consular support, medical advice, or legal counsel. People in immediate danger should contact emergency services first.
